I recently stayed at this extended stay hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. While the stay itself was fairly standard, Gary’s exceptional service and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference. His helpfulness and positive attitude boosted what could have been just an average stay—he is a true asset to the hotel! The location, while outside city limits, provided a much-needed quiet and relaxing atmosphere, which was a welcome change from the usual hustle and bustle. Additionally, the rest of the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and other interactions smooth and pleasant. That said, one area that needs improvement is housekeeping. It was clear that they were understaffed, which led to delays in service and made it difficult to have certain requests fulfilled in a timely manner. Addressing this issue would certainly enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, this hotel has a lot of positives, and with some improvements in housekeeping, it could easily become a top-tier choice for travelers. Thanks again to Gary for making my stay better!
My stay here was very nice. The staff was very friendly, the people staying there were nice as well . I highly recommend staying here if you're on vacation!! One of the staff members named Mylisha was very sweet and helpful! She has great energy, she's an amazing employee.
Gracie is the absolute BEST! She has the sweetest demeanor! This hotel is not perfect, but it was perfect for me and my babies! Thank you Gracie for being so sweet!
My handicap room has parking right outside my room with multiple ramps to choose from has a bigger comfy recliner plenty of safety bars i. Bathroom along with a full slide in shower seat swivel desk chair to sit in at the table and do dishes at the lowered sink full fridge freezer ac works great and lowered smaller microwave I can also use in swivel chair and there is a police and firestation right around the corner if you need to call for help
Amazing stay with an amazing staff. My family and I had been homeless for about 3 years and every other hotel we've stayed at has screwed us over and did everything to legally push us out. The Extended Stay had been very accommodating and made things comfortable. The residents were kind and quiet. The location met all our needs, everything was in walking distance. If it wasn't for them, we might of never gotten back on our feet. Whether it be for vacation or temporary living space, this hotel is a definite first choice.
It's a good place to stay and the staff is very friendly . They are pet friendly and the rooms are also really good . I highly recommend staying here if you're coming to visit from out of town or looking for a nice getaway. Also one of the staff members named Mylisha is very sweet and friendly . If you see her in the office , you'll definitely have a great stay !!

The staff and management here are great. Grace, Lois, and everyone else up front are friendly and helpful. Most everything you need is a short walk away. It is an older property but great otherwise
